Terms of Service

By downloading or using Voypin, you agree to these Terms. Voypin is a personal place-memory app operated by Alptechin Yazılım Reklam Danışmanlık İthalat İhracat Ltd. Şti. (“Voypin”, “we”).

1. The service

Voypin lets you save places, add notes, tags and photos, organize them into trips, and sync them to your account across your devices. Some places are shown for discovery in a curated “Discover” section.

2. Your account

You need an email and password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Voypin.

3. Your content

The places, notes, tags and photos you create are yours. You are responsible for what you save and for any link or list you choose to share with others. You must have the right to use and share any content you add.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Voypin for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, resell, or abuse the app or its backend.

5. Featured / Discover listings

Businesses shown in Discover (hotels, restaurants, experiences and similar) are presented for discovery. They are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for third-party services, availability, pricing, bookings or content.

6. Account termination & deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. “As is”

Voypin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alptechin Yazılım Reklam Danışmanlık İthalat İhracat Ltd. Şti. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Intellectual property

The Voypin name, logo and software are owned by Alptechin Yazılım Reklam Danışmanlık İthalat İhracat Ltd. Şti. All rights reserved.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
